Sure, but accuracy improving doesn't touch the actual concern, which is scope — how much of public life gets tracked by default, not whether the tracking is accurate. Those are two separate axes.

Good. Blanket live facial recognition in public spaces has no place in a democracy regardless of the carve-outs — carve-outs always expand over time, that's the pattern with every surveillance power ever granted.

The EU's CBAM is already running and the price pass-through so far has been much smaller than the doom forecasts predicted. Worth looking at actual data instead of the theory here.

Agreed in principle, though the implementation risk is real — exporters in countries that had nothing to do with historical emissions could get hit hardest if there's no carve-out for development status.
