Common issues

• Can't sign in. Sign-in uses your Google or GitHub account. Make sure you're not signed into multiple Google accounts in a way that's ambiguous, and try again from the extension popup.
• No comment panel on a page. The extension deliberately doesn't run on certain kinds of pages — webmail, messaging apps, cloud consoles, password managers, YouTube outside channel pages, and a few other categories. See the full list. If the page isn't one of those and the panel still isn't showing, check the extension is enabled for that site from the popup.
• Posted a comment and it's not showing up. Try reloading the page. If it still isn't there, email us with the page URL and roughly when you posted.

Report content, or request a takedown

To report an individual comment, email us its permalink and why it should come down. If you're the owner of a domain and want it removed from My Two Cents entirely, see the domain takedown request page.
